The other day, I was thinking to make something for spaghetti.
I decided to make meat sauce which I can use other meals.

Meat Sauce
Ingredients
Minced beef about 400g
1 Carrot
1 Onion
2 piece of Celery with leaves
1 tin of Tomato
Few tomato sauce (As you like)
Salt, pepper and olive oil
Recipe
- Cut carrot, onion and celery into tiny dice.
- Stir fry the onion in the pan until turn to golden brown. Adding bit of salt, pepper and olive oil.
- Put mince in the pan and stir fry until most of the meat turn to brown.
- Then put carrot and celery into the pan and stir fry.
- When all the vegetables are getting soft, pour tin of tomato and stir.
- Add salt, pepper and tomato sauce to adjust the taste.
- Stir until soup has gone to half the amount.
If you have red wine, add 1 cup makes more deeper taste.
