Baked Gyouza: Put Gyouza on the pan which already heated up. Then pour about one cup of water and lid on the pun. Bake it until it becomes golden brown.

Normally put Ponzu (Soy sauce with lemon and vinegar) a little. For baked Gyouza, if you like spicy one, put Ra-yu (chili sesame oil) into the Ponzu.

One day trip

Drive...

Today I went day trip with my parents. My mum drove for me and dad.
I took lots of photos. I chose some of good one for here.
We went to Tanigumi village.

First of all we went to Kegon-ji (Kegon temple).

This photos are statue of 'A' (Left) and 'Un' (Right).

We walked inside the sanctuary.

This is call 'Tourou'. (Lantern)

After left Kegon temple we walked through temple town.

I found one statue.. Looks cute.
This is a raccoon dog. The size is almost same as my height.

Those things has fire extinguishers inside. It was first time to see like this. Usually inside the red or white box.

Next we went to Yokokura-ji (Yokokura temple).

It looks like castllated wall, but it is wall of temple.

This is inside of the temple.
It's called Sanjyu no tou (Three story of pagoda).

After we left Yokokura temple, we drove off to Oogaki.

We had really nice sweets called 'Mizu manjyu'.
It's made of root of 'Kuzu'. In English 'Kudzu'.

Sky...

Sunset

When I was looking a sky, I noticed beautiful cloud.
I felt I should take a photo. It looks like autumn sky...
In the day time still hot, but in the morning and night getting cooler.
Autumn is near here...

Salad.

Salad for dinner

I made a coleslaw salad for dinner.
Of course it's not only this.. but I just made this one. My mum made different things.
I forgot to put pinch of salt for rubbing some vegies which dry out. But actually it was ok. Compare to rubbing salt, this time is much more crispy.
Failure teaches success.
I'm not sure this is the correct idiom.

Cooking!!

-Cooking time-

I made hamburger steak for dinner yesterday.

On the dish.. there are hamburger steak, carrot glaze and pasta.
Actually I'm not sure what should I say in English for carrot glace, because glaze is French, but I couldn't find a word in English.
Carrot glaze is made with water and honey. Usually put sugar, but for health reason, I put honey.

Hamburger steak

Ingredients
For hamburger steak
-400g minced meat (Beef, pork or chiken. As you like.)
-1 onion (minced and stir fry)
-Bunch of Simeji mushrooms
-A handful of bread crumb
-1 egg
-About 50ml of milk
For sauce
Tomato sauce
Tonkatsu sauce (Explanation is bottom, second green colour.)

Recipe
1. Put the bowl into the every ingredients.
2. Mixed all the ingredients by hand until mixed well.
3. Heated the pan until really hot then pour the little bit of oil.
4. During the time make a meat into round.
* Point is try to air out, so have to throw hand to hand. Between hand need just 5cm. Otherwise the patty is goes somewhere else.
5. After heated the pan, the patty on the pan.
6. pour little bit of water into the pan.
7. Put the lid on the pan, then wait until the bottom is become brown.
8. Then flip over the patty and wait until become brown.
9. Serve the hamburger steak on the dish.
10. Pour the tomato sauce and tonkatsu sauce into the pan, the heated a little bit. (Don't wash the pan.)
**Tonkatsu sauce is Japanese special sauce for deep fried pork.(Colour is brown. If you know the Asian store, they should sell it. Just ask the staff Tonkatsu sauce or Japanese sauce for deep fried food.)
11. Pour the sauce onto the hamburger steak.
12. Enjoy your meal.

You can change a sauce. If you want to make Japanese hamburger steak, pour the soy sauce instead of tomato sauce and tonkatsu sauce. And grate the daikon (Japanese radish) into the sause or just put on the hamburger steak.

Great time in Australia

Those two photos are when I went to Paddington. It was gorgeous day to take photos and walk.

This is one of my favourite scene from top of the hill.

I don't know what is this flower, but it was so pretty. I liked it.

This is my favourite cake called 'Pavlova'.
Australian traditional cake. It was really yummy.

I really appriciated who I met people and who helped me alot.
This time was only seven months and my few dreams were not come true, but maybe next time...
Now I've already decided to go back again to study Childcare. It will take few years to dream comes true. I really want to achieve this my dream, so I have to be strong and work hard...
My farther aim is living in Australia longer or forever. I don't know how long does it take, but I really want to do, becasue it's my dream. If I hope strongly, it will come true. I really believe this. There are lots of obstructs or pains, but I'm not myself. There are many people who will help me. I am thankful for everyone.
