Cooking Time!!

Dinner time!!

I made some Japanese dishes last night.
Tofu salad, boiled punmkin (Nimono in Japanese), miso soup, rice. There was a chicken's dish, but that one was made by my mum.

Today's recipe is Nimono with pumpkin (Boiled pumpkin). It's in top left of the photo.

~Ingredients~
- 1 Pumpkin (small size) - 4 table spoon of Mirin (Sweet cooking sake)
- 1 Onion - 2 table spoon of Soy sauce
- 1 Carrot - 1 pinch of sugar and salt
- 1 tea soopm of fish stock
- Water (1/3 from the bottm of the pot to top of the vegies)

~Recipe~
1. Cut the vegetable. Slice the onion into 1cm. Cut the pumpkin and carrot into the bite size.
2. Heated up a pot and put a little bit of oil into the pot.
3. Put the vegetables into the pot and stir fried.
4. Put the every seasoning into the pot.
5. Pour the water and stir the little while.
6. Put the lid inside of the pot. (If you don't have it, use aluminum foil)
7. Turn down the heat to very small and boiled for 15 minutes. If the carrot or pumpkin is still hard, boil until become softer.
8. Finally serve in bowl.

You can change or add vegetable.
eg) Potatoes, eggplants, beans...
Also you can put meat (Chicken, beef or pork). It depends your choice.
